Galaxy Letts is the lettings wing operating under Galaxy of Homes. Vikash and
Madhurita Jayaswal founded Galaxy of Homes in 2015 to provide an alternative to traditional property investment. They were driven by a desire for self reliance, having grown up by poverty in India. They arrived in UK in 2005, with just £2,500 in their pockets. 10 years of working in jobs and two redundancies fuelled a desire to control their own future. Thus, Galaxy of Homes was founded, and the company started trading in 2015, after having researched the field extensively. The company aims to provide an end to end solution in Buy to let (BTL) housing market.
The company begun to regenerate the area of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Hull, having invested £40m into the Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Hull region. As the company continued to grow, Galaxy MakeOvers and Galaxy Letts were established in 2018, based at Grimsby. The properties bought by Galaxy of Homes is then refurbished to a high standard by Galaxy MakeOvers . Once refurbishment is complete, Galaxy Letts takes the properties in their books and thereafter marketing them, tenancy and tirelessly assisting landlords and tenants as a property managers. At present more than 300 properties are being managed by Galaxy Letts.
